Observer input needed at Kodiak June Council Meeting

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone is available to testify in Kodiak at the June Council meeting regarding the final action (or lack of as the case may be) on the observer program restructuring. I can help provide talking points and will also be sendiing written testimony. It's June 5-13.

1. Mon 5 June, 1PM: Scientific Subcommittee will meet on observer program issues.

2. Thu, 8 June, 1PM: Advisory Panel will meet on observer program issues and continued Friday at 8AM.

3. Thu, 8 June, 5:30PM: Video monitoring presentation by Mark Buckley

4. Sun, 11 June, 8AM: Council will make it's final "action".
