We are recruiting for 2 permanent seasonal positions at Round Island in the Walrus Islands State Game Sanctuary. Having worked throughout coastal Alaska for many years, I can guarantee that working on Round Island will be a fantastic experience for anyone looking to do marine wildlife monitoring in a remote setting. If you know of anyone that might be interested, please forward this to them (it could potentially work out to be a good situation for a qualified couple looking for work together). More information is available at the website provided or you can contact Ed Weiss at (907) 267-2189 or ed.weiss@alaska.gov.
Please note that these positions are open to Alaska residents only, and the application period closes on April 7.
